Based in China for nearly two decades, Ben has now helped thousands of professionals across diverse divisions and professions to work, lead and communicate more effectively.

Ben believes there is real value in managing projects from start to finish and set up Culture Fit Consulting in 2021 to provide clients with a more dedicated service and a consistent point of contact throughout their organisation’s journey. Culture Fit Consulting also works with a number of trusted partners to deliver workshops on specific topics or where locally-based providers are needed.
